Discomfort in double-decker Chennai-Bangalore train

The double-decker train between Chennai and Bangalore was launched five months ago. It had a huge welcome among the public. But now, it`s no more celebrated, because of several discomforts it has raised.
The train was introduced with the aim of comforting the travelers with high capacity services. However, the train design has not satisfied the passengers because of the unpleasant making, especially for the senior citizens. Hence, people prefer going by the Brindhavan express and not the double-decker one.
