Chennai Meteorological Centers Weather Update: Dry Spell Today, Light Rain Expected Tomorrow in Southern Districts

Dry weather is anticipated in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry today (Feb 12). There is a likelihood of light rain at a few locations in the southern and delta districts tomorrow. On the 14th, isolated instances of light rain are expected in South Tamil Nadu.
From the 15th to the 17th, dry conditions are expected to prevail in Tamil Nadu. The sky over Chennai and its suburbs is expected to be partly cloudy today. Wind speeds of 45 to 55 km per hour are forecasted in the Kanyakumari Sea areas, with the potential for hurricane winds reaching a speed of 65 km. Fishermen are strongly advised to refrain from venturing into these areas. This information is conveyed in the press release.
