Efficient Metro Connect Service Launched from Jayant Tech Park to Alandur Metro Station

Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) expands its last-mile connectivity services, Metro Connect, to enhance the commuting experience for IT professionals in Chennai. In collaboration with M/s Fastrack Cabs, CMRL introduces air-conditioned Tempo Travellers, accommodating 18 passengers, to provide seamless connectivity from workplaces to the nearest Metro Station.
In a notable partnership, CMRL has joined forces with Jayant Tech Park, situated on Mount Poonamallee High Road, Nandambakkam, Chennai, to inaugurate the Metro Connect service. This service covers a round trip of approximately 5 KM, linking Jayant Tech Park to Arignar Anna Alandur Metro Station, with an estimated travel time of 15 to 20 minutes, contingent on road traffic conditions.
Thiru. S.Satheesh Prabhu, AGM (RS&O), CMRL, officiated the launch of the Metro Connect service from Jayant Tech Park on January 18, 2024. The event witnessed the presence of Thiru. C.Ambigapathy, Managing Director of M/s Fastrack Cabs, and Thiru. V. Balakrishnan, Senior Property Manager at Jayant Tech Park, marking another milestone in facilitating efficient and convenient last-mile connectivity for Chennai`s workforce.
