Special and New: Mobile App Ayyan for the devotees of Sabarimalai Lord Ayyappan!

The Forestry Department of the State Government of Kerala has launched an app called `Ayyan` to assist devotees embarking on the pilgrimage to Sabarimala for the Darshan of Lord Ayyappan.
The app provides various details, including:
- Emergency Medical Sections
- Lodging facilities
- Locations of public toilets
- Distances from the given place to Sannidhanam on all routes: Peruvazhi (Erumeli-Pampa-Sannidhanam), Siruvazhi, and Pulmedu.
- Free drinking water distribution stalls
Additionally, devotees can download the app by scanning the QR code located along the forest route. The app is accessible in both online and offline modes.
The app provides information on temple openings, along with the allotted time for visitors to stay at different places along the way to the temple. Users can log in to the app using their cellphone numbers.
It is noteworthy that thousands of devotees from various states across India visit the Temple of Lord Ayyappan in Sabarimala daily. The time for Darshan has been extended to enhance the welfare and convenience of the devotees.
