Temporary Disruption: Electric Train Services on Chengalpattu-Arakkonam Route Canceled for Maintenance

In the interest of passenger safety and the smooth operation of train services, Chennai Central - Arakkonam Section will undergo Engineering works, resulting in Line Block/Power Block between Tiruninravur and Tiruvallur stations. This disruption is scheduled to occur on October 8, 2023, from 10:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs, lasting for 4 hours. As a consequence of these necessary engineering works, there will be changes in the patterns of EMU train services during this period.
Temporary Skipping of Stoppages for EMU Train Services
1. Train No. 43409, Moore Market Complex - Arakkonam EMU Local, departing from Moore Market Complex at 09:10 hrs, will operate in the fast line between Pattabiram and Tiruvallur. This means it will skip the following stops on October 8, 2023: Pattabiram, Nemilichery, Veppampattu & Sevvapet Road.
2. Train No. 43215, Moore Market Complex - Tiruvallur EMU Local, departing from Moore Market Complex at 09:15 hrs, will also operate in the fast line between Pattabiram and Tiruvallur on October 8, 2023. Stops skipped: Pattabiram, Nemilichery, Veppampattu & Sevvapet Road.

4. Train No. 43507, Moore Market Complex - Tiruttani EMU Local, departing from Moore Market Complex at 10:00 hrs, will operate in the fast line between Pattabiram and Tiruvallur on October 8, 2023. Stops skipped: Pattabiram, Nemilichery, Veppampattu & Sevvapet Road.
5. Train No. 43705, Chennai Beach - Tiruvallur EMU Local, departing from Chennai Beach at 09:55 hrs, will be in the fast line between Pattabiram and Tiruvallur on October 8, 2023. Stops skipped: Pattabiram, Nemilichery, Veppampattu & Sevvapet Road.
