BSNL launches uniform 3 G speeds

Here is cheerful news for the CellOne connection users. BSNL has now launched uniform 3G speeds for all its users from September 1. BSNL spokesperson said, ““By removing the distinction between 2G and 3G for mobile data, 3G speeds will by default drive the mobile Internet experience. Through this move, we expect to encourage more data usage among mobile users.”
At present, Chennai Telephones has a 3G subscriber base of 1.25 lakh users, of which 30,000 are hooked to a data plan.
