Nungambakkam, Thousand lights, Triplicane, Royapettah, Alwarpet, Chepauk, Mylapore, Marina beach,and thousand lights all come under Teynampet zone. These areas are now overly populated so the horn sounds overrides temple bells and the smell of vegetable waste is dominating the fragrance of the flower.
People who come to Zam Bazaar are annoyed by the smell of the rotten vegetables and also in Luz church road and Mylapore parking problems are increasing by day by day. People living in this zone park the vehicles in road leaving very little space for the pedestrians.
