The rate Rs.399.50 is fixed to cover 7Km distance from the agency. The delivery boys are not supposed to collect additional money. The localities due to the immediate requirement of cylinder shell out more money to keep the delivery boys in good terms. Next time don’t pay when your delivery boy asks for more money.
