Super News: Wi-Fi facility in Marina Beach soon!!

The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) is all set to provide a free Wi-Fi facility at the famous Chennai Metro City Marina Beach!
Approval has been given by the Central and State Governments for this!
Greater Chennai Corporation, under the scheme, `Smart City`, has installed `Smart Pillars` at 49 places in the Chennai Metro City!
With these `Smart Pillars, the public is given 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi!
Except for Zone#15 of the Greater Chennai Corporation, this facility is available and functioning in all other zones.
Apart from this, the Member of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, Udhayanidhi, has provided free Wi-Fi in the Legislative Assembly constituency of Chepauk-Thiruvallikkeni.
In this situation, the Greater Chennai Corporation had planned to provide free Wi-Fi at Marina Beach for the public. Detailed discussion was carried out with all related organizations on this effort. At the end of the detailed discussion, 2 private organizations are st to provide this free Wi-Fi services at the famous Marina Beach, one of the hugely popular entertainment resorts for the Public of Tamil Nadu as well as the visitors!
In today`s Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly Session, (Tuesday, 29th November), permission was given to go ahead with the installation of free Wi-Fi facility at Marina Beach!
