Don`t forget to apply for insurance coverage under the Chief Minister`s Insurance Cover Scheme for citizens!
- To get this Citizen Insurance Cover card, visit the nearest General Hospital.
- You need to get the Insurance Cover Card here! Ask for the application form.
- Fill up this application form and submit the filled application form at the Village Administrator`s Office (VAO). Get the receipt for the submission.
- REMEMBER TO TAKE THE AADHAR CARDS OF ALL FAMILY MEMBERS!
- VAO WILL CHECK AND SEAL THE APPLICATION. Take this sealed application form to the office of the District Collector.
- There will be a room known as Chief Minister`s Insurance Coverage Scheme. Apply.
- THEY WILL CHECK AND PROCESS THE APPLICATION AND ISSUE THE INSURANCE COVER CARD IN 1 OR 2 HOURS!
- NOTE THIS IS FREE!
- Under this coverage, one can take free medical treatment up to Rs. 5 Lakhs in a year.
- NOTE THAT YOU CAN TAKE TREATMENT IN ALL THE GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS AND A FEW PRIVATE HOSPITALS LISTED BY THE STATE GOVERNMENT OF TAMIL NADU!
- You can take scans such as CT & MRI free at gaps of 6 months!
- This Insurance Cover will include complaints such as ENT Surgeries, bone-related issues, Asthma, Dengue Hearing Aid, free CT scan and Free MRI!
