Rains have reached our borders, and rains will pick intensity as we go into the Day, great days ahead for coastal areas
The clouds have arrived atlast in the Chennai borders, as we go into the day and subsequently into the night, the rains are expected increase in intensity. Massive clouds are parked off north TN coast, which will slowly move in. Get ready for rainy start while going to the office and also while returning back.

Chennai, Kancheepuram, Tiruvallur, Chengalpet are ideally placed for the bands parked of the coast to move in.
Heavy rains today to tomorrow
North TN coastal areas from Nagai, Karaikkal, Cuddalore, Villupuram coast will be in hot spot today and tomorrow. South Kerala (Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanmittha, Kottayam, Eranakulam, Idukki, Alapuzha) and Kanyakuumari will also get some rains today to tomorrow. Tomorrow interiors like Vellore Ranipet, Tvmalai, Villupuram and interior district close to coast will get rains.
Other places will get in the coming days, it is going to be a long wet days for TN and best phase of monsoon, back to back circulations on cards and every week a low is expected.
