In view of the MRTS work to be carried out by the Southern Railways or SR, traffic diversions have been announced by the traffic police in Thillaiganga Nagar in Nanganallur. The traffic diversion would begin from Saturday and would be there for another 4 months here.

It is learnt that the outgoing vehicles like buses and heavy vehicles etc  towards Velachery from Thillaiganga Nagar  subway would turn towards the right at 36th Street- MRTS Road junction. It must be noted that after crossing 90m the vehicles would have to take left at pillar number 156 and move in the usual outgoing direction route.

Information is that all incoming MTC buses and heavy vehicles would ply on regular routes on the left side of MRTS road. On this side, the road has been bifurcated for a distance of 90m is known.
