Consultative paper on power plant tariff

There are several solar power developers getting lined up for setting their projects in the state. Further to this, the Nadu Elec�tricity Regulatory Com�mission (TNERC) has issued a consultative paper stating about a descriptive tariff order for the solar power proposal. This ranges between Rs 8.34/unit and Rs 5.78/unit for different categories.
This consultative paper contains details about tariffs including:
� Solar thermal power plant
� Solar photovoltaic and kilowatt scale rooftop solat power projects
The commission welcomes suggestions and comments from the stakeholders until 31st August.
