Celebrating its 11 years in Chennai - Hyatt Regency is making news now with some amazing foods!!

With lots of competitions around, serving the customers for 11 years successfully is not an easy job!!
The Hyatt Regency in Chennai has been doing exactly that for the last 11 years. This hotel has now prepared a special menu to celebrate its 1 year journey in serving the people. At their specialty restaurants Stix and Focaccia, 11 signature dishes and drinks were prepared and these were part of the pop- up menu.
At Stix, a Chinese based restaurant, that serves street side China based foods, the signature dishes were spinach and bamboo soup, oil flashed tenderloin and Sichuan prawns vegetable noodles etc.
The presence of the right amounts of spice in the foods in the Sichuan dishes at Stix is awesome for the taste buds. What is even more sensational here is the dessert. It must be noted that the caramelised banana with nuts and sesame is a sweet delight. It is true that the food is authentic Chinese that suits the Indian palate.
At the other restaurant Focaccia, there are drinks fused with coffee. It is well known that Chennai and coffee go hand in hand and the mixologist at the restaurant wanted to use this to make food. Till 14th of August 2022, the menu would be available for patrons
