Chennai city’s latest fruit based juice and dessert shop Fruit Bae has been making many heads turn in awe now. It was in the month of November in the year 2018 a small 2000ft outlet was started in the city of Kochi with seating capacity for just 8 persons. In Chennai city, Fruit Bae has opened its 28th outlet.
Not many would have known that Mr. Abdul was a former IT professional and his creative as well as innovative thinking has resulted in Fruit Bae. He spoke about how while growing up he has always been a fan of fruit juices and how most fruit shops provided juices mixed with lots of sugar and water.
Mr. Abul Manaf explained that his idea was to create a fruit based retail outlet that serves healthy juices as well as fresh fruit based high quality desserts. The main purpose was to make everyone eat and enjoy themselves. Just natural ingredients are being used to maintain the quality of items served in this fruit juice shop. It was superb when he mentioned that in the future there would be more such shops in places like Bengaluru, Chennai and Dubai etc.
Information gathered is that the loyal customer base along with strong social media following has been responsible for the growth and development of fruit juice shops even in the Coronavirus pandemic.
What’s special in the fruit shop?
Berry Up is regarded as their signature dish and it consists of layers of pureed berries, muesli, vanilla yoghurt and vanilla ice-cream packed in a glass jar. Later, this glass jar is pulled onto a plate. This special item is both sensational for the eyes and delicious.
Russian Honey cake, a chilled honey flavoured cake with many layers of honey and cream is also special here.
