Change in Schools reopening Date in Tamil Nadu? Minister explains!

Presently, in Tamil Nadu, the final examinations have been conducted for all classes and summer vacation has been declared.
The schools are set to reopen on 13th June for students of all classes for the new academic year 2022-23.
Preparatory activities before school reopening are progressing in full swing! Meanwhile, in certain districts including Chennai and Chengalpattu, there has been a surge in the coronavirus infection trend!
As such, questions have arisen for the students and their parents about whether this would result in the postponement of the school reopening date!
In this situation, Tamil Nadu State Minister for School Education, Anbil Magesh has confirmed that there is no change in the reopening date!
In a meeting with the press reporters in this regard, he shared:� In Tamil Nadu, as planned, the schools are set to reopen on 13th June for students from the 1st to the 9th Standard, on 20th June for the 12th Standard students, and on 27th June for the 11th Standard students.
In case there are any changes due to factors such as lockdown imposition, it will be announced in advance! If there are any changes in reopening, they will be immediately announced. �
The Minister further requested the students who did not write the recently concluded Public Examinations to write the special reexamination to be conducted in July and September!
