Southern Railway announces Unreserved Special Express Train facility.

Southern Railway will run special trains to Rameswaram, Thiruchendur and Tirunelveli soon.
Madurai section of the Southern Railway said that they have arranged to run special trains between Madurai - Rameswaram, Tirunelveli - Thiruchendur and Red Fort - Tirunelveli railway stations without reservations.
There is already an unreserved express special train running between the sections. For the convenience of the passengers, it has been decided to increase the number of special trains without any reservation now. Madurai - Rameswaram - Madurai special train without reservation will run from May 30. The Madurai-Rameswaram Express (06651) will leave Madurai at 06.35 a.m. and reach Rameswaram at 10.15 a.m. the next day. The train will stop at Madurai, Silaiman, Thiruppuvanam, Thiruppachetty, Raja Kambiram, Manamadurai, Soodiyur, Paramakudi, Chattrakudi, Ramanathapuram, Valandaravai, Uchchipulli, Mandapam Camp, Mandapam and Pamban.
Thiruchendur-Tirunelveli-Thiruchendur special train will run from May 30. Train Numbered 06674 Thiruchendur - Tirunelveli Special will leave Thiruchendur at 07.10 a.m. and reach Tirunelveli at 09.00 a.m. the next day. Will join. The train will stop at Kayalpattinam, Arumuganeri, Kurumbur, Kachanavilai, Nazareth, Alwar Thirunakari, Srivaikuntam, Dathankulam, Ceytunkanallur and Palayankottai railway stations.
Red Fort - Tirunelveli - Red Fort special train will start from Tirunelveli on May 30 and from Red Fort on May 31. Train numbered 06682 Red Fort - Tirunelveli Superfast Special will leave Red Fort at 06.40 am and arrive at Tirunelveli at 08.50 am the next day. The train will stop at Tenkasi, Keelappuliyur, Pavoorchatram, Mettur, Keela Kadayam, Ravana Samudra, Alwarkurichi, Kilambur, Ambasamudram, Kallidaikurichi, Weerawanallur, Karaikurichi, Cheranmagadevi, Pattai and Tirunelveli Town.
