Generally, tourists visiting Chennai Metro City would be dumbfounded seeing the beauty of Marina Beach! While seeing the ships moving along in the sea, the beach visitors would indeed long for a voyage in the ship on the sea!!
One can visit Chennai by train or air. One can enjoy traven in the Chennai Metro City Electric Trainsubrban services! However, undertaking a voyage on this ship still is a dream in Chennai Metro City!!
For those citizens who sigh with disappointment on this aspect, the State Government of Tamil Nadu is all set to introduce a ship voyage as a tourist attraction!
On this latest project proposal, the State minister for Tamil Nadu for tourism, Mathivendhan, shared:
This attractive feature of o0ffering a voyage on the ship for the tourists is planned to be set up in coming June! As per the scheme, the ship will start from the coast and go up to the deep-sea section and return to the port! This is a 2-day trip!
This scheme is all set to be inaugurated by the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin.
Similarly, a trip from Visakhapatnam to Pudhuchery via Chennai Port is also set to be started!
