UPSC Civil Services Examination-2022: for 861 vacant posts: Applications invited!

An announcement has been released to fill up 861 vacancies in the Central Government through Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates.

Vacancies: 861
Academic Qualifications: Candidates MUST be graduates in any of the faculties.
Age Limit:
Candidates MUST be in the age group 21-32 as of 1st August 2022. Concessions may be given on the age limit as per the Central Government Rules and Regulations for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBSC.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 56000/- + Other Allowances
Selection Procedure:
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written examination conducted by UPSC. The written examinations will be conducted in 2 phases. The candidates who are successful in the 1st Phase will be eligible to write the 2nd Phase Written Examination.
The Date of the 1st Phase written examination: 5th June 20222
Examination Centres:
In Tamil Nadu, Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Vellore and Puducherry will be examination centres.
Application Fee:
Rs. 100/-. This MUST be paid ONLINE. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/differently-abled and women candidates need not pay the Application Fee.
