Chennai to get showers for two more days

Heavy rains lashed the Chennai and the suburbs for more than an hour. The suburbs recorded 11.2mm of rain between 7.15pm and 8.30pm on thursday.
Officials of the meteorological department said "The low pressure area that had formed in the head Bay of Bengal already passed last week. Today`s rain is due to the convection cloud activity,"
The trend will continue for two more days.said report.
