Improved performances at NEET by the TN students have caught the attention of many!!

The results of NEET have clearly shown that the students belonging to the government schools and government aided schools in Tamil Nadu have performed superbly this time. It was earlier thought that the students belonging to the above said schools might not do well in NEET.

Times have changed and in Madurai district alone as many as 88 students from government schools qualified for NEET. This was possible because of students attending e-box training classes organised by the school education department.

Mr. R. Swaminathan, chief educational officer belonging to Madurai spoke about how e-box training of the school education department was attended by 508 students belonging to government and government aided schools. As many as 3 model tests were conducted and it helped the students to perform well in NEET. The superb piece of information is that from Madurai district as many as 21 students from government and government aided schools have qualified in NEET and received admissions through 7.5% reservation and 55 students are eligible for admission to medicine.  

 Once the data of NEET repeater gets released, then the number would increase to 60. This was according to the district education department. There is now marked improvement in the performance of the students belonging to various government and government aided schools in Tamil Nadu in the NEET. Truth is that many students have understood the intricacies of NEET now.

The coaching provided by the school education department and teachers have been sensational and this has helped many students to do well in NEET and become eligible for admission for medicine. In 2021, many students belonging to impoverished backgrounds cracked NEET.

It was brought out by a student belonging to Athu Pollachi in Coimbatore that he was supported by a private institute in Coimbatore for a nominal fee. This enabled him to secure 406 marks in NEET. Now, he is expecting to join a government medical college.
