Experiencing any delay in Pregnancy Financial Assistance? Call this number immediately!

The Director of the Department of Public health and Welfare, Selvanayakam has informed that the citizens who experience any delay in getting the pregnancy financial assistance may contact the number: 104 !
In a notification released by him in this regard, it is mentioned:
“The State Government of Tamil Nadu has been offering financial assistance of Rs. 950 Crores every year to ensure delivery of healthy babies! 10 Lakhs citizens benefit every year from this scheme!
Citizens who could not access this financial assistance for pregnancy/delivery can complain to the respective Primary Health Centre Officers!
Further, in an exclusive Twitter page - “directorate of public health & preventive medicine”, all the telephone numbers of the district-wise Primary Health Officers. Contact these numbers and get your complaint attended.
Further, contact the number 104 and get guidelines to address the grievances.”
So, women who encounter issues of financial assistance regarding pregnancy/delivery can avail the above telephone numbers and get the problem solved!
