Inclusion and deletion of names from the voters list

The Chennai Corporation has announced that people who want to add or delete their names can approach their respective Zonal offices. People also can apply for voters’ identity cards from these zone offices.
There are 16 State Assembly constituencies in Chennai. They are Anna Nagar, Chepauk, Dr Radhakrishnan Nagar, Egmore, Harbour, Kolathur, Mylapore, Perambur, Royapuram, Saidapet, Thiru-Vi-Ka-Nagar, T Nagar, Thousand Lights, Velachery, Villivakkam and Virugampakkam.
All these places have their respective zone office. People can approach their respective offices and get their names included or deleted from the voters list. People who do not have voters’ identity card can also apply for the same in the same office.
