Tamil Nadu State Minister Rajakannappan: Government A/C buses to operate from 1st October!

Tamil Nadu State Transport Minister S, Rajakannappan has informed that the government transport services of air-conditioned buses, which were stopped due to the prevalent raging first and resurgent phase of the coronavirus pandemic for more than 18 months, will now be resumed from 1st October.
The Minister had a session with the oppress reporters in this regard and shared:
“The services of air-conditioned government transport buses were stopped from 10th May due to the resurgent raging coronavirus pandemic. Presently, there has been a perceptible reduction in the extent/impact on the spread of the coronavirus pandemic over the last few weeks. As such, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has decided to resume the services of the government air-conditioned buses.
Accordingly, 702 air0conditioned bus services are to be resumed from 1st October! These buses will be operated between the districts in the state as well as to other states!”
