Madras University to reopen as per the Govt guidelines!!

For a long time due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the University of Madras was not opened is a well known fact. The infection has been reduced now and due to this reason the university would be reopened.
The news that has emerged out now is that from 1st September 2021 the University of Madras would reopen according to the standard guidelines of the government. This has been announced by the registrar. The state colleges have made it clear that from 1st of September there would be direct physical classes for the students belonging to the second and third year.
Important piece of information is that a men`s hostel would not be opened as it has been used as a Corona care centre and just a women`s hostel would be opened. One of the oldest universities in India, University of Madras was established in 1857 is known. It must be noted that this university has got 6 campuses in Chennai.
