Science models set up for school visits at Triplicane Corporation School

Students of Classes VI, VII and VIII of Chennai�s Corporation Schools in Mylapore, Triplicane, Royapettah, Adyar and Thiruvanmiyur will visit 40 life-sized demonstrative science models set up by Quest Explore Discover at the Middle School on Triplicane High Road.
�Similar centres (are) expected to be set up in four Chennai Middle Schools in Seven Wells, Sundaram Street (Purasawalkam), Mettupalayam (Ashok Nagar), and Aminjikarai by the end of the month�, said a Corporation official. �The Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation system had resulted in much enthusiasm in the classroom, and this centre would help students understand concepts such as gravity and the periodic table better�, said a teacher from the Triplicane school.
