Here is a Chennai Metro Water’s plan to be fulfilled in the next 2 years. They have allocated Rs 58 crores towards providing pipe water to people residing at Injambakkam, Karappakkam and Sholinganallur. This is just a part of the Comprehensive water supply scheme worth Rs 452.77 crore.
In addition, it is also frame out as a result of government’s plan to provide water supply for nearly fifty thousand residents belonging to Nolambur and Karambakkam which comes under the 38.56 crore scheme. People can expect to get quenched very soon.
