New express trains – AC and Non-AC - are expected shortly

In addition to the 4 passenger trains, the city will now get 20 express trains and 2 AC express trains very soon. In the southern railway zone timetable – July 2013, 3 other MEMUs and 5 express trains are also proposed.
Chennai to Tirupati train would also be included in the MEMUs. This train is numbered 66011 and will commence its journey from Chennai Central at 9.30 in the morning. The scheduled time of arrival at Tirupati is 1.10 pm. And on the other hand, one other Tirupati to Chennai train will leave Tirupati at 9.10 pm and arrive Chennai at 5.20 pm.
