Southern Railways announce the resumption of Chennai suburban electric train services!

In the reduced services of the Chennai Metro City suburban electric trains, ONLY the essential employees, and the central and the state government employees were allowed to travel.
In this present situation, Southern Railways have announced that the Chennai Metro City suburban electric train services will resume from tomorrow (Friday, 25th June).
As such, the citizens of the Chennai Metro City can avail the suburban electric train services from tomorrow! Women are allowed to travel any time! However, the men can travel in the suburban electric train services only during peak hours.
Men can travel from 9.30 AM to 4.30 PM and from 7.00 PM till the last train.
Children under the age of 12 are permitted to travel along with women in the suburban electric trains.
In case of persons roaming around the station complex WITHOUT WEARING FACE MASK, A PENALTY OF Rs. 100/- WOULD BE LEVIED ON THE SPOT!
