Chennai Police has announced 24-hours telephone numbers for emergencies during the Corona curfew: 9498181236 / 9498181239
As a preventive measure to arrest the raging spread of the resurgent coronavirus pandemic, most of the States in India as well as Tamil Nadu State has imposed lockdown; Tamil Nadu State Government has imposed a 100% lockdown condition from 4.00 AM yesterday (Monday, 10th May) until 4.00 AM on 24th May!
With the 100% lockdown imposed to prevent the spread of the raging resurgent coronavirus pandemic, The Chennai Metro Police has set up a 24-hours help centre for the Chennai Citizens!
The Chennai Metro Police have informed that whatever doubts you have regarding the 100% lockdown imposition, especially when doubts arise regarding the usage of E-pass, the Chennai Citizens can call/approach the 24-hours help centre!
Apart from this, this 24-Hours Police Help Centre can be approached on issues regarding helping senior citizens, women without support, and carrying oxygen to the hospital, doubts regarding COVID Centres, essential requirements, and sales of the medicine Remdicivir.
