Karnataka State: Schools and PU colleges to reopen on 1st January!

The Education Minister f the State Government of Karnataka, Sureshkumar, informed that the schools and colleges in the state are set to reopen.
The Minister had a detailed discussion with the administration council members for the PU colleges and then shared with the Press reporters:
�With the gradual reduction in the extent of coronavirus spread in the state, a new kind f coronavirus is spreading in some countries including Britain. Hence there is an apprehension in India that the visitors from these countries may spread this new kind of coronavirus. However, the State Government of Karnataka has been undertaking stringent continuous activities to prevent coronavirus infection. After the report submitted by the experts, it has been decided to reopen the schools and PU Colleges. There is no need for the citizens to panic regarding the new kind of coronavirus. The Central Heath Minister Harshvardhan has confirmed this.
As per the recommendations made by the technical experts, it is planned to reopen the schools and colleges and conduct cases for the SSLC and PU (Pre University) students. Fr the students of the 6th, 7th, 8th, & 9th Standards, arrangements are being made t conduct learning cases through Vidyagama.
So far, there is n information regarding the effects of the new kind of coronavirus. As there are 8 days for the decided reopening of schools and PU colleges, the next action will be taken as per the reports of the technical experts.�
