Categorical statement by Minister: Colleges will reopen definitely on 2nd December!

The State Minister for Higher Education of the State Government of Tamil Nadu, K P Anbazhagan has informed that colleges will reopen as scheduled on 2nd December for the postgraduate students.
With the schools & colleges remaining closed due to the raging coronavirus pandemic, online classes are being conducted for the students so that precious time of learning is not lost!
In this situation, it has been announced that the classes are scheduled to commence from 2nd November for all the postgraduate students in Science and Engineering/Technology.
The Minister for higher education informed that the practical examinations cannot be conducted online! Because of this, the colleges are being reopened as per schedule.
The minister further informed that the colleges and universities will reopen on 2nd December and the date of reopening of the colleges for other classes will be announced later.
