Karthigai Deepam Festival at Thiruvannamalai - devotees from other places not to be allowed!

With the traditional, grand, and the hugely popular ‘Thirukkaarthigai Deepam’ festival to be performed on 29th November at Thiruvannamalai Lord Arunachaleswarar temple, DEVOTEES FROM OUTSTATIONS ARE NOT TO BE PERMITTED.
The District Collector of the Thiruvannamalai District, Sandeep Nanduri, has announced that outstation devotees are banned from visiting Thiruvannamalai for participating in the Deepam festival!
