Medical centre at Tambaram station

A free medical centre was inaugurated by Head of the ENT Department at Global Health City Dr. Krishna Kumar earlier this week. The facility will have a round the clock ambulance service with trained professionals. It will also have first aid facilities, treatment and examination areas and a nursing station, and will be maintained by the Global Health City in association with the railways.
�The emergency medical centre, which was inaugurated on Monday, will provide immediate emergency care for passengers at the railway station. A doctor, paramedic and a nurse will be available in the centre 24x7�, said an official release.
