Increasing percentage of curing cases of COVID decreases the panic among the people

The percentage of people who are cured of the terrific Coronavirus has increased to 62% as per the data on 3 July. The number of people who are affected in the 15 zones of Chennai accounts for 65,598 as on the report given by the Health Ministry on 2 July. While 964 people lost their lives on the pandemic, there are 38,947 cases that have been cured by the doctors in the city.
There are 22,686 people in various hospitals and care units across the city who are treated with intense care and medications. With Kodambakkam witnessing the maximum number of people on treatment (2,680) followed by Anna Nagar with 2,317 people under treatment and Royapettah with 2,239.
On gender-based classification, there are 58.83% males and 41.17% females on treatment against the pandemic COVID 19. It is the people who are between the age limit of 30 to 39 ae easily prone to the infection followed by the age group of 40 to 49.
The increasing rate of curable cases in the city gives faith to the families who have their members in hospitals isolated due to the infection. In the case of Chennai, Siddha treatments are growing to treat the infections with the aim to improve the immunity against the virus.
