CAT dates announced

The Common Admission Test (CAT) for 2013 will be held between October 16th and November 11th, said an official press release. CAT 2013 convenor Rohit Kapoor said, ‘Getting to know the dates well in advance of the registration will enable candidates to prepare better.’
The CAT is the test taken to get admissions into management schools across the country. The release said that CAT vouchers will be available at branches of Axis Bank between July 29th and September 24th. The test is being conducted by IIM Indore.
The total number of test centres this year is 40, including new centres Surat, Udaipur, Thiruvananthapuram and Vijaywada.
