Common Portal for all government services in TN!! This could become a reality in the future.
It is brought out that the state government has planned to roll out a common portal for all government services. These services include Tangedco, civic services, Kavalan, Digi-cop, traffic police, viewing of FIR and lost document reporting etc. This would be of huge benefit for the people belonging to TN.
Tenders for launching the portal would be floated soon by the government and the portal could be assessed by an exclusive mobile app developed for the purpose.
The commissioner of e-governance would handle this project to launch a common portal. This project would be finished within 3 months by subsuming all mobile connections currently in use.
It must be noted that TN police have been using �Digi-cop� and traffic police app and these help the people to identify missing individuals, unclaimed bodies, view and download FIR and report lost documents etc.
