Excellent tips for healthy hair growth - using easily available kitchen items!

It is an established fact that by either taking certain items raw available naturally or else, by including them in the cooking, the trend of hair-fall will get arrested and the growth of healthy hair is ensured.

Hair is one essential part to enhance a person’s beauty and presentability! However, the latest trends of lifestyle and heavy pollution have led to complaints of hair fall and the reduction in the density of hair growth.

The people have ignored several traditional natural methods and have indulged in artificial items which lead to harmful side-effects! However, there are positive, result-oriented natural methods to arrest hair fall and enhance the density of hair and ensure healthy hair growth.

There are 2 kinds of gooseberry - the normal gooseberry and the mountain gooseberry (larger in size).  Mountain gooseberry is very good for body health. Gooseberry is rich in Vitamin ‘C’ and anti-oxidants. It controls the itch on the scalp and increases hair growth.

Spinach Green (Leaves)

Children and youth generally do not like the taste of spinach and so its consumption is less. However, all greens, especially spinach contain properties that enhance hair growth. Spinach is rich in Vitamins B, C, and E, and Omega-3 fatty acids. Further, it has high iron content. This iron is carried by the blood circulation to all parts of the body, especially the head, where it will enhance hair growth.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek plays a stellar role in daily Indian cooking - especially South Indian cooking/cuisine.  It is a good cure for many complaints such as stomachache, indigestion, body-heat, etc. It is also an excellent cure for hair growth as well! This is rich in protein and nicotinic acid which prevents hair-fall. Further, it enhances denser hair-growth as well.

Coconut Oil

Everyone is aware of the Kerala women’s beautiful, rich, black, dark and dense hair! The main reason for this is not only the regular rub/light massage of coconut oil in the hair but also good extensive use of coconut oil in their cooking or cuisine.  Coconut oil is rich in lauric acid. Rubbing /light massage applying it on the hair as well as including it in the diet, it is excellent for hair growth. Lauric acid hardens the proteins in the hair. Due to this, the hair will not tend to break. It would also ensure an extremely dense and long hair growth!
