Heavy rains on Tuesday and Wednesday: Tamilnadu Weatherman

Delta to South TN will get most of the rains in the next 4 days. Very heavy rains expected in Kanyakumari, Thoothukudi, Ramanathapuram, Tirunelveli, Theni, Vidudhunagar and parts of Dindigul particularly Kodaikanal. Entire North TN coast from Chennai to Delta will get pull effect rains and rains from outer bands. Other districts in TN will also get very good widespread rains in the next 3-4 days.
Fisherman Alert
Since the development is happening fast. The fisherman in Kanyakumari, Thoothukdui, Trivandrum, and Lakshwadeep are requested not to venture into the sea for the next 4-5 days.
Winds
40-50 km/hr winds gusting up to 55 km/hr may prevail in Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli areas close to coast and ghats on Tuesday into Wednesday. In Kerala, Trivandrum will see high winds and Trivandrum and Kollam districts likely to get heavy rains too on Tuesday and Wednesday.
