A great September (major spells) is coming to end. KTC got good spells, Trichy, Delta, Dharmapuri, Villupuram have got rains. But it was Kanyakumari`s day yesterday after being silent for a while. we may get only isolated spells here on for KTC, not the widespread ones as detailed below. The seasonal High moving in shows the withdrawal process of southwest monsoon has started. Some wind confluence will happen with the meeting of dry winds from east and west in the interiors meanwhile, south TN which is not under the influence of High Pressure will get some rains in coming days.
In KTC, with pseudo easterlies, we can see clear air in the city with a lot of cauliflowers. Isolated spells here and there possible. Nothing widespread.
