Rajni disturbed about Sanjay Dutt�s imprisonment

Superstar Rajnikanth has said that he is �disturbed� by Sanjay Dutt�s verdict in the 1993 serial bomb blast case. In an official statement, the actor said, �I was very disturbed when I heard about my friend and a lovely person Sanjay Dutt`s verdict. The current support and appeal for his pardon is giving me hope. I pray to god that he gets remedy.� The two met recently in Chennai while Mr. Dutt was shooting �Policegiri�.
The Supreme Court awarded Sanjay Dutt a 5 year sentence under the Arms Act. The actor has been found guilty of illegal possession of a pistol and a AK -56 rifle.
