Chennai Vandalur Zoological Park to remain closed tomorrow (18th April) - due to election

A holiday has been declared for the Chennai Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Vandalur on account of the parliamentary elections to be conducted in Tamil Nadu on 18th April.
A notification in this regard mentions:
‘As the parliamentary elections are to be conducted tomorrow (Thursday, 18th April), a government holiday has been declared by the Tamil Nadu State Government. Accordingly, in order to facilitate the employees to cast their votes during the election, a holiday has been declared for the Arignar Anna Zoological Park in Chennai Vandalur.
