CBI raids at Stalins house

The Central Bureau of Investigation raided DMK heir M.K. Stalin’s residence early Thursday morning. CBI did not clarify why the action was taken but sources say that it is in connection with import of cars and payment of customs duties.
The raid comes in the wake of the DMK’s pulling out of the ruling UPA due to differences regarding the US-led resolution in the UN against Sri Lanka for war crimes during its civil war with the LTTE.
Mr. Stalin is the third member of the Karunanidhi family to be questioned by the CBI. The other two were his daughter Kanimozhi and Stalin’s mother Dayalu Ammal who were questioned in the 2G scam case.
