Petition filed against TNPSC Chairman

M.Ramasamy, a resident of Puzhuthivakkam, in Chennai in a petition filed with the Madras High Court has stated that during the tenure of Mr R.Natraj as Honble Chairman of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission took all decisions without consulting the Commission`s members. Due to this there have been some financial irregularity took place.

Further Ramasamy claimed that he had been working in TNPSC for more than 27 years. A person by name Mr Kumar who has no educational qualification was declared qualified in Group I examination and made him as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Villupuram. Similarly Nataraj gave orders in Kalyani`s case who is working as Superintendent in Treasury Office. When a lot of cases pending against her Kalyani was issued orders from all charges.

When N.S.Nandakumar was appointed TNPSC advocate, Mr Nataraj used his offices and issued orders to to remove Ezhilarasi, following which a petition was given to the Tamil Nadu Governor to take action.

Nandakumar was advocate for Mr Natraj when he filed a case demanding to appoint him as the DIG Law & Order.

When the case came up on Thursday for hearing, Justice Rajeswaran ordered to refer the matter to the fact-finding committee and submit a report.
