Raja wants be witness in front of JPC

Following accusations hurled at Former Telecom Minister A. Raja by Advocate General G.E. Vahanvati, the former has asked to be called in as a witness in front of the panel formed by the Joint Parliamentary Commission (JPC).
Mr. Vahanvati had told the JPC that Mr. Raja had made last minute changes with a different pen to a press note about 2G licenses. According to him, the incident occurred in 2008.
Mr. Raja met Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar on Friday and submitted a letter asking to be called as a witness and give his statement
