Induction of new Ministers

On the recommendation of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa, the Governor Dr. K. Rosaiah has approved the induction of Dr. Vaigai Chelvan (Aruppuottai MLA), T.B. Ponachi (Manachanalur Legislator) and K.C. Veeramani (Jolarpet MLA) into the State constituency.
They will replace three existing Ministers who have been dropped – Dr. V.S. Vijay (Health Minister), Ms. Gokula Indira (Tourism Minister) and N.R. Sivapathy (Minister for School Education).
The new entrants will be sworn in at 11.00am on Friday morning at Raj Bhavan.
