Significance of 9th day of Navarathri, the Navami

Today, the 18th of October 2018 is dedicated to Goddess Durga in the course of Navarathri celebrations. Durga in the form of Siddhidatri is worshipped today. This Siddhidatri includes all the 8 Siddhis which refers to supernatural powers. It was she who gave out the powers to Lord Shiva when he worshipped her. And the same applies to all the devotees which means when Siddhidatri is worshipped, she shall shower the power! Today, the ideal color to wear is Pink.
