It’s a war Crime, says Jaya

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Ms. J. jayalalitha has termed the killing of late LTTE Chief Prabhakaran’s son as a war crime.
The 12-year old Balachandran was photographed seated in a Sri Lankan military vehicle after which he was allegedly shot at close range. Sri Lanka has denied this claim saying that the boy was killed in crossfire with the LTTE.
‘I call upon the Indian government to hold discussions with the US and other like-minded nations and prepare a resolution to be passed by the UN (against Sri Lanka)’, said Ms. Jayalalitha.
