Sanmar Group head passes away

Chairman Emeritus of the Sanmar Group Mr. K.S. Narayanan passed away in Chennai on Friday after a brief illness. Mr. Narayanan is known to have brought India Cements (owner of the Chennai SuperKings) to its successful status as the company’s promoter and Managing Director.
He is survived by his two sons Sankar and Kumar.
