Unique property expo to take place across Chennai

As a move to reach out to home buyers from all corners, CREDAI (the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, will conduct exhibitions at various locations. It is called the My Location Property Booking Fair. The expo is scheduled for 1st and 2nd September. It will encompass areas of South East Chennai including Adyar, Besant Nagar, ECR, OMR, Velachery and Thiruvanmiyur; areas of Northern Chennai including Kilpauk, Veppery, Egmore, Chetpet, Purasawalkam, Amjikarai, Perambur and Parrys; areas of south Chennai including Saidapet, Guindy, Madipakkam, Medavakkam, Nanganallur, Adambakkam, Chrompet, Tambaram, Pallavaram; Hyatt and Guindy
On 8th and 9th September, the second round will be conducted including:
Central Chennai encompassing Alwarpet, RA Puram, T-Nagar, Mylapore, Nungambakkam, West Mambalam, Saidapet, Egmore, Kodambakkam, Nandanam, and Teynampet
Areas of south west Chennai including KK Nagar, Chinmaya Nagar, Vadapalani,, Saligramam, Porur, Valasaravakkam, Virugambakkam, Ashok Nagar, and Kodambakkam.
Areas of west Chennai including Mogappair, Anna Nagar, Nerkundram, Ambattur, Redhills, Poonamallee, Koratur, Porur, etc.
It is very unique and one-of-a-kind because it will take place in your neighborhood. In general, people who are at distant locations from the expo do not attend to the event, but when it happens in their own neighborhood, they will show more interest in attending to it, said W.S. Habib, the president of Credai, Chennai.
This expo will include display by various bankers and builders.
